Our management team
Toot Sweet is led by Jessa Boanas (based in Australia) and Charlie Campbell (based in New Zealand). We’re both experienced writers with backgrounds in business, research, marketing and publishing.
Making sure our clients have a smooth, pain-free experience is our top priority. We’re easy to work with and solutions-focused.

Founder & CEO
Jessa founded Toot Sweet in 2008 after working in bids, publishing, marketing and sustainability. Over the past 17 years, she’s built a team, a training model, and a supportive culture that helps clients win work and makes sure writers thrive.
She’s proud of the exceptional people in her team, as well as the proprietary systems she’s developed to train writers and make tenders run smoothly.

Charlie joined Toot Sweet in 2014 having worked in academic research in leading business management practices. He oversees day-to-day operations and helps drive our unique culture.
In his downtime, Charlie enjoys coding sci-fi computer games, building other worlds from scratch.

Our sustainability policy
Sustainability is important to us, so we don’t work on projects like uranium or coal mining. Every year, we make a donation to an environmentally-focused NGO or charity. We are proud to support the Australian Conservation Foundation and B1G1.
